It's the perfect little town for a getaway, with all sorts of things to do and places to stay while you're here.
The scenic main street and the oldest continually used courthouse in Kansas are a big draw for many.

The town only has about 900 residents, but they get their fair share of tourism throughout the year. Cottonwood Falls has been incorporated since 1858, when they built their post office. At first, the courthouse was only the temporary county seat, but as you can see, they've stuck around for the long haul.
Along the pretty brick road, you'll find plenty of small businesses and even great food to partake in.

One of my favorites is Keller Feed & Wine, where you'll find all sorts of dishes from french toast, to pulled pork, to brick-oven pizzas. Don't you just love restaurants that carry varied food that everyone can choose from? It makes vacationing with friends that much easier.

Three waterfalls along the Chase State Fishing Lake spillway are aptly named Chase Lake Falls, and they're some of the most relaxing you'll find in Kansas. Enjoy the soothing sounds of trickling water as you focus on breathing and enjoying the peace and quiet around you.
Then, take a walk along the lakeside and enjoy a fine sunset, courtesy of our beautiful Kansas skies.
