Welcome to Poor Boys Steakhouse, a little joint in Thayer, Kansas that's bound to make your list of favorites.
The interior of this restaurant is warm and comforting, with plenty of small-town charm and lots of room to bring your family with you. Why not make it a family night out?
Other amazing items on their menu are onion straws, mountain oysters (if that's your thing), and some absolutely amazing house desserts, like their fried brownie sundae.
No matter what you order, the food, service, and atmosphere are all part of the small town Kansas experience we all know and love.
