Some people like a light beer with their meal, and others prefer wine. However, somewhere in the middle of everyone are those of us who love a great Bloody Mary. A good Bloody is already a filling drink, but this one in particular is stacked with food to fill you up two ways at once. Have you tried one of the Bloody Marys at this amazing Kansas restaurant?
Welcome to Bite Me BBQ, where you can not only fill up with meat but also a Bloody Mary that's a meal in itself. There's not many places in Kansas that are known for a drink like this, but this one takes barbecue to a whole new level when it adds to this savory mix.
Bite Me BBQ started out in Goddard in 2004 and after moving to Wichita, became one of the best spots to find your barbecue in Wichita. Their meats are smoked to perfection and served by hardworking members of this family-owned business team.
One of their most popular nights are Tuesdays after 5, where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat ribs. All of their meats are amazing, but their ribs are so popular they even show up on their Bloody Marys.
What exactly is stacked on top of this drink, you ask? There's a whole rib, a mini hotlink in a bun, brisket, cheese, tomato, okra, and hot cucumber. Plus the standard celery, of course. There's no way you'll have a boring Bloody here at Bite Me BBQ!
This restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. They're closed on Sundays, but if you come back on different days of the week, you'll find that the specials may change, but the flavors are always amazing.
You’ll find Bite Me BBQ and these stacked Bloody Marys at 132 St. Francis, Wichita, Kansas. It might be a little busy, but every bite is well worth the wait.
If you love a good Bloody but you want it closer to home, you’ll find even more of them at these places around Kansas.
