Pickle-O's are a local favorite, and their old fashioned cheeseburgers. Pair that with one of their fresh made lemonades, and you've got a date. Other than that, they've got everything from Frito chili pie to salads, with soft serve ice cream for dessert. Doesn't that sound heavenly?
Classic diners like these are few and far between, so treasure them while they're here.
Flashbacks is open from 10am to 10pm every day of the week.
Address is 210 W Santa Fe Trail Boulevard in Lakin, Kansas. There’s a lot to see here, so don’t be afraid to explore if the town is new to you. As always, happy trails!
