Fritz was an inventor who worked hard to design a food delivery system. The intent of this new design was to help the restaurant run smoothly despite a shortage of labor. Fritz called this system the "Skat Kat," but others called it a train. Eventually, the name took off and the couple incorporated the railroad theme into the restaurant.
