Hiding out in western Kansas is a tiny town called Kinsley, which sits about halfway between Dodge and Great Bend. Within Kinsley is one of the best restaurants we've found around these parts, and we'd love for you to taste it for yourself.

For lunch, you have plenty of options to choose from, whether you're a burger person or someone who prefers fried food or sandwiches. They serve a great BLT, but their burger is one of the best we've had.
