Those looking for fun things to do with kids in Kansas will be pleased to know that come spring 2024, we’ll have a great new mini golf course in Andover, Kansas. Mega Pines Mini Golf is set to open next year on Highway 54 near Andover. This isn’t your average putt putt experience: the owners say it will mix fun and education, and there will even be short-term vacation rentals, food trucks, yard games, and more on-site. This looks like such a unique activity that’s fun for the whole family! Check out some of the plans:

Kelli and Todd Miller are locals with more than 50 years of experience in the Kansas public school systems, and they already own The Strike Zone in Rose Hill.

There will be three miniature golf courses designed for older kids, plus fun yard games for younger kids. Food trucks will be on hand regularly, and the Millers would even like to have a few vacation rental homes on the property.

Kids (and adults) will be able to see sculptures of animals that live in places like Yellowstone National Park (pictured), and learn important statistics about the natural world around them.

Other courses are set to include information about U.S. history and the state of Kansas.
The Millers have experience with implementing educational (and fun) STEM material into miniature golf. It's such a great way for kids to learn!
