If there’s one thing we Kansans know (aside from feeding the world with our spectacular agriculture and how college sports should be played), it’s BBQ. Lucky for us, there are incredible BBQ joints spread throughout the entire Sunflower State, which include (in no particular order):

3. Guy & Mae's Tavern (Williamsburg)
Don't blink or you may miss the unsuspecting Guy & Mae's Tavern and some of the best BBQ you'll ever try! Trust us; it's worth a trip to the small town of nearly 400 to get a taste!
4. Smoked Creations BBQ (Ottawa)
Smoked Creations Prime Rib Dip Sandwich will ruin you for all other sandwiches... you've been warned (and reassured)!
5. Roy's Hickory Pit BBQ (Hutchinson)
One of my good friends wakes up early every Saturday morning to get a spot in line at Roy's--and for good reason! This family-owned restaurant has been serving all kinds of traditional BBQ since 1982.
6. Hickory Hut (Salina)
