Fall is upon us, even if the colors are expected to be a little late this year. However, we’ll still want to see as much of it as possible. Some of us don’t have the time or ability to go hiking, so the Beauty Bridge at this Kansas arboretum is perfect for any fall foliage lovers. Come take a walk through this beautiful scenery!
Welcome to the beautiful Bartlett Arboretum, home to the well-named Beauty Bridge, where you'll find the best views in the whole garden.
This beautiful aboretum has been around since after 1910, when Dr. Bartlett acquired this land and started building his dream of a beautiful park and shared space.
Trees up to a century old call this place their home, and every fall, they change into these gorgeous shades of red, orange, and gold that we can't get enough of.
Most of the pathways are easily navigated by anyone, whether you're using your feet or wheels to help you get around. Don't be afraid to bring friends and family with you, because beauty this nice should always be shared.
Bartlett Arboretum's green garden is open to visitors Wednesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesdays from noon to 7 p.m. with suggested donations of $5 per person. Children are free!
