Welcome to Golden Q! Located in Hays, this is the spot to visit if you want a great burger in a fun atmosphere.
They like to say, "if the game is on, we're open!" And it's easy to see why this place is packed on game days. They've got a ton of TVs, lots of space and plenty of seating.
Golden Q has more than 12 different hamburgers on their menu. And that doesn't even include the variations you can make to each one. Of course, you've got your classic burger and cheese burger, but each of these can come with a single, double or even triple patty!
The rest of the burgers are unexpected and inventive. How about the
Southwest Burger which comes with cheddar cheese, grilled onion, jalapenos, chipotle mayo & bacon?
And of course, there's the Bob Burger and the Double Bob Burger. These are essentially Golden Q's deluxe cheeseburger with sour cream, jalapenos, bacon and Tabasco.
In addition to the menu of burgers they always have, they also feature a burger of the month. We've got our eyes on their recently created Reuben Burger. This 6-ounce beef patty is served between marbled rye bread with grilled sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and 1000 island dressing. It's even got corned beef brisket that's smoked at Golden Q!
The burger menu might be daunting at first, but remember that this is the kind of place you're going to want to visit multiple times. So don't be too stressed if you can't try them all.
Just be sure to fill your calendar with subsequent visits to make sure you're as satisfied as can be.
