On June 10, 1912, the sleepy small town of Villisca, Iowa was rocked by a horrific crime.

Six members of the Moore family an two of their house guests were found brutally murdered in their beds.

The murderer escaped into the night, and the mystery remains unsolved. Any unknown traveler was considered a suspect, and a man named George Kelly was tried, unsuccessfully, twice.

The home has been called one of the most haunted places in America on many lists, including a recent one from Google Maps.

The town's cemetery, where the bodies lay, is also rumored to be haunted.

Those who visit the house claim to hear and see all sorts of paranormal activity.
