Iowans are lucky – it’s not hard to find amazing food in our enormous state. Okay, actually, some of the food might be hard to find, because we live in such an enormous state. Sometimes, we’ve got to travel off the beaten path to find some of the hidden gems that define Iowan cuisine – but for a meal at places like the River Rock Cafe, it’s absolutely worth a little bit of travel.
