I'm not sure how this tradition started, but knowing that I can easily track down a delicious tenderloin that's larger than any plate I've ever seen is something I truly enjoy. These gigantic tenderloins mean you'll always have some leftovers to bring home! And who doesn't like bonus pork? All the Iowans I know can rally behind that idea.
