There is one thing that should be stated upfront - there is such a thing as Margarita Day. It’s in mid to late February and it is in fact a national day. Word on the street has it that if you stop by Los Altos on that day, a 20-ounce margarita would be closer to $5 and a pitcher would be more like $12.
Obviously, jalapeño flavoring isn’t the only margarita available; other flavors include Lime, Mango, Sangria, Banana, Watermelon, Blue Margarita, Peach, and Strawberry.
And then there’s a whole other class of Los Altos Margaritas like Jimador, Omeca Altos, Cuervo Especial, Tequila Choice, Herradura, Don Julio, Cazadores, 1800, Patron, and last but not least Terramana. Each of the latter selections cost a bit more but make some tantalizing sipping options and might keep you coming back to try out the various flavors.
