Hey Iowa – mark your calendars because the Quad City Air Show is back! After two years away, the biggest Iowa air show is returning to Davenport and there’s no better way to spend a weekend. Book your hotel or campsite quick, because this is sure to be a blockbuster summer festival.
The Quad City Airshow was the longest running air show in Iowa, with continous performances from 1987 through 2016. This year, the show at the Davenport Municipal Airport is back!
This year's show is headlined by the legendary US Navy Blue Angels. The legendary military demonstration team has been flying since 1946 and features the best demo pilots in the world.
The Blue Angels perform breathtaking stunts, flips, rolls, and formations in front of thousands of aviation fans. You'll be impressed with their skills and bravery.
Of course, there's more to see at the air show than just the Blue Angels! The Navy Leap Frogs Parachute Team, Red Bull Sky Divers, Red Bull Helicopter, Shetterly Squadron, and several US Air Force Demo teams are going to be on site all weekend long.
