There are so many great mom and pop restaurants in Iowa that it’s always easy to find one nearby. No matter how much you love your local favorite, there are a few spots in the Hawkeye State that are worth a drive from nearly anywhere in Iowa – and the General Store Pub is one of them. If you haven’t yet dined on their riverside deck, indulged in their Bailey’s Roasted Marshmallow and dug into the Tackle Box appetizer, you’ve got to make it a point to head here as soon as possible.
