If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’ll fall in love with one tiny bakery that’s become famous for serving up some of the best pie in Iowa. Head out to Jasper County and enjoy a slice from the little town of Sully!
Coffee Cup Cafe in Sully, Iowa is a charming breakfast spot where you'll find friendly faces and famous fresh baked goods.
The Coffee Cup Cafe has always been a local legend, but this little cafe became a sensation when Lance Armstrong stopped by for a slice during his RAGBRAI ride.
Over the years, this little bistro has earned countless awards and seemingly endless praise. NPR' added the spot to their "Pies to Try" list, it was featured in USA Today's "Top 10 Places in the U.S. for Pie" and the Des Moines Register believes the Coffee Cup Cafe should be one of their "100 Places to Eat Before You Die."
Their house favorite and most famous dessert, though, is the Coconut Cream Pie. Be sure to stop by early, because these slices sell out faster than you can imagine.
