Did you know there’s a tiny, historic Iowa steakhouse that’s been named one of the best in the country? I may be biased, but really, I think it’s one of the best in the world. After all, who knows beef better than Iowans? With nearly 20,000 farms and cattle that greatly outnumber us, we’re kind of well.. the cow capital.
