If you're a fan of glamping and community, you'll fit right in here - it is a hostel, after all, and when you book a stay at a hostel you're booking an experience as part of a small, tight-knit community.
There are numerous accommodation options around here, but our favorite is The Pop Top - a treehouse perched 30 feet above the ground in a large, mature poplar tree.

It's not for the faint of heart; it sways in the breeze and, according to the fine folks at Lost River Hostel, will rock you to sleep.
Of course, if heights are a dealbreaker for you, no worries - stay in one of the other options.

Despite the incredible awesomeness that is the Lost River Hostel, stays are typically well under $100 per night.

To make up for the value pricing, guests are asked to do a simple chore in the mornings to help run the hostel - after all, while you're here, you're part of a little neighborhood in the woods.
If you're looking for luxury and time to yourself, this is probably not the place for you.
