A Drone Flew High Above Indianapolis And Caught Indiana's Most Populated City Looking Nearly Uninhabited

An unexpected sight is being witnessed across the country right now. Cities big and small are becoming less-trafficked due to the current lockdown orders, and Indiana is no different. Outstanding drone footage shows just how much has changed in the Hoosier State with footage of a nearly uninhabited Indianapolis that has been shut down for about a month. What used to be crowded at all hours of the day now seems like a ghosted city.

Empty parking lots and roadways, as well as barren sidewalks and courtyards, are all tell-tale signs that people are following the stay-at-home orders. Most vehicles on the streets are those of essential workers. People are encouraged to go outside at least once per day to get exercise in their neighborhoods, walk the dogs, etc… Much has changed for Hoosiers across the state, but you can really see the difference for those in the Circle City. Indianapolis looks nothing like it used to these days. The city's center was once bustling with cars and now sits abandoned. Plenty of emergency vehicles make their way through the town with plenty of space, as do those on the highways. You can see in the drone footage that everything has come to a standstill and only traces of life seem to exist within the city even in the middle of the day.

This may seem like the perfect time to visit the city, but residents are still being asked to stay at home for their safety and that of others at the time of this writing.
