Tori Jane is a storm chaser, writer, photographer, and the village idiot - in that order. When she's not out and about dancing with the meanest storms on planet Earth for funsies she can be found wandering, shooting landscapes, writing, editing photos, and otherwise up to no good. Legend has it that she can also be occasionally spotted typing up short bios in the third person, but those rumors are unsubstantiated.
There are some places in the Hoosier State that are simply magical, but thanks to one thing or another, they don’t get the love they really deserve. We found a delightful hiking trail that leads hikers through a fairy tale-esque landscape that involves storybook woodlands, a delightful footpath, a footbridge, and all sorts of mini-adventures along the way. It’s the boardwalk trail at Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve, and it’s a real treat! Come see why this nice and easy hike is one of the most beautiful hikes in Indiana:
