Tori Jane is a storm chaser, writer, photographer, and the village idiot - in that order. When she's not out and about dancing with the meanest storms on planet Earth for funsies she can be found wandering, shooting landscapes, writing, editing photos, and otherwise up to no good. Legend has it that she can also be occasionally spotted typing up short bios in the third person, but those rumors are unsubstantiated.
It all started in 1992 when two brothers began selling fresh produce out of their truck with a dream: one day, they would have their very own grocery store. And one day, they most certainly achieved this dream… and then some! In 1994, the first iteration of Saraga was born – and at the time, nobody realized just how awesome and enormous an endeavor it would become. Unable to help but notice the amazing diversity of Bloomington and the world around it, the brothers decided to take an even larger leap, expanding into a 62,000-square-foot building as the single most gigantic international grocery store in Indiana (if not the entire Midwest!).
For a complete list of all the different cuisines and cultures offered up at Saraga, as well as all the latest deals and bargains, be sure to visit the official Saraga International Grocery Store website.
