Tori Jane is a storm chaser, writer, photographer, and the village idiot - in that order. When she's not out and about dancing with the meanest storms on planet Earth for funsies she can be found wandering, shooting landscapes, writing, editing photos, and otherwise up to no good. Legend has it that she can also be occasionally spotted typing up short bios in the third person, but those rumors are unsubstantiated.
Brazil, Indiana, is a small town with a population of about 8,100 as of the 2020 census. It’s a nice, quiet little place, with a cute downtown and plenty of excellent dining options. Take, for example, the wonderful little hole-in-the-wall (or perhaps “hole in the garden”) bistro on Murphy Road. From the outside, it looks cute – it indicates that you’re definitely about to dig into some amazing comfort food, should you come inside. But should you come inside, you might have to wait for a little while… this tiny restaurant in Indiana only serves a handful of people at a time, but I promise: the wait is worth every moment.
For the most up-to-date hours and for the most recent menu offerings, be sure to check out the official Honeysuckle Hill Bee-Stro website. Need somewhere to stay while in Brazil? No worries – our friends at Booking.com have you covered. Alternatively, you can spend the night right next door to the Bee-stro at the family’s Cottage.
