Indiana has a lot of fun local wineries so taste tasting is an absolute must if you’d like to explore the many local flavors the state has to offer. For a relaxing evening, check out this incredible wine-themed train that you thought only existed in your imagination.
The Spirit of Jasper is a stunning excursion train that offers Hoosiers scenic rides and provides many special events and activities year round. Little known to many, this little train also offers a special 21 and older Ride and Dine tour complete with wine tastings, food catered from the infamous Schnitzelbank restaurant, and chocolate tastings.
The Spirit of Jasper offers many different ride and dine excursions, but the Chocolate, Wine & Dine is an exclusive event for those drinking age and older. This excursion takes place on Saturday evenings, departing at 6:30pm and returning to the station at 9pm.

Guests will enjoy authentic, locally prepared German food, delicious chocolate from the local shop, Chocolate Bliss, and of course, the main event, wine tastings.
