The small town of Wakarusa is a quintessential Midwestern town located in Elkhart County. They're well known for their community events and festivals and offer an incredible historic downtown area to explore. In October, however, there's an even better reason to visit.
The Wakarusa Pumpkin Tree is an annual tradition in this small town, sitting in the middle of downtown Wakarusa until November 1st. It draws crowds from across the area and is a source of pride for this small town.
