If there’s any one specific genre (category?) of food that the Midwest is totally known for, it’s comfort food. And honestly? We couldn’t be prouder. We Hoosiers do comfort food right, after all, and it seems like everywhere you turn you’re sure to find another amazing little hole-in-the-wall to try and fall in love with. Of course, I do have some favorites – a few of these holes-in-walls that really stand out above the rest. There’s one in the small town of Nashville that’s perfect on all fronts: service, menu, and vibe. No matter where in the Midwest you’re located, it’s worth it to meander out to Nashville and try it. It’s called the Hobnob Corner, and it’s all sorts of wonderful. Come check out this small-town restaurant in Indiana if ever you’ve got an appetite (for both adventure and literal food).
