The Boiling in central Indiana has been in business since 2016 and is known for its creole seafood cuisine that will make you think you're dining in the Deep South.
The menu is full of authentic comfort food favorites but the most exciting is the build-your-own seafood boil. Guests pick a seafood such as lobster, scallops, crawfish, clams, crab legs, or shrimp, and then pick a sauce and spice level.
Each seafood boil comes with a potato or half an ear of corn and is cooked together to perfection. These meals will take your taste buds on a wild ride you'll never want to end.
Other menu items include wings, chicken fingers, calamari, oysters, and sides like garlic bread, rice, and sausage. You can also get many of the items from the boil as combos.
The restaurant also sells a wide variety of sushi rolls. Tuna, salmon, avocado cucumber, and more abound. Other Asian favorites like edamame, squid salad, vegetable tempura, and more are also available.
