Tori Jane is a storm chaser, writer, photographer, and the village idiot - in that order. When she's not out and about dancing with the meanest storms on planet Earth for funsies she can be found wandering, shooting landscapes, writing, editing photos, and otherwise up to no good. Legend has it that she can also be occasionally spotted typing up short bios in the third person, but those rumors are unsubstantiated.
If you were to ask any Indy native where the oldest German restaurant in town was, we’re pretty certain that each and every one of them would say they know just the place. Then they’ll likely go on to tell you about The Rathskeller, an impressive house of German culture and cuisine that’s simply to die for. Not only is The Rathskeller Indianapolis’s oldest restaurant, but it’s also one of the best! In fact, it’s been rated the best German restaurant in Indiana year after year (and then some). It’s world-famous for not only its amazingly authentic dishes but also its delightful atmosphere, which is like something out of a Munich beer hall.
