Chuy's is a chain of tropical-themed Tex-Mex restaurants that can be found throughout the United States, but the location in Noblesville, Indiana is one of the best.
This fabulous eatery got its start in Austin, Texas in 1982. While it is a chain with dozens of locations, each one is different in some way to give you a new dining experience at each one you visit.
This fun and exciting restaurant is filled with tropical decor that will instantly transport you to another part of the world. You'll get to dine in a palm tree forest that is like nothing you've seen before.
Guests will find many other interesting pieces of decor here as well. Enjoy buffet items out of the trunk of a car, fish swimming on the ceiling, and other vintage memorabilia that will keep your eyes moving all around the place.
Known for using fresh ingredients, this wonderful eatery specializes in New Mexico-Mexico fusion dishes that will send your taste buds on a wild ride. One of the best things you'll get to taste is the Green Chile sauce that is made from an old family recipe.
Guests enjoy a plethora of different entrees and appetizers at Chuy's. Soups and salads, tacos, burritos as "Big As Yo' Face," enchiladas, fajitas, and much more will keep you full for hours.
A reoccurring theme on the menu (and as decor in all of these amazing restaurants) is Elvis Presley. You can get the Elvis Green Chile Fried Chicken and the Elvis Presley Memorial Combo if you want to pay homage to the King.
You can even tame that sweet tooth with some dessert like tres leches or flan.
Chuy's in Noblesville is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Stop by any day for a tropical experience you won't want to forget.
