Tori Jane is a storm chaser, writer, photographer, and the village idiot - in that order. When she's not out and about dancing with the meanest storms on planet Earth for funsies she can be found wandering, shooting landscapes, writing, editing photos, and otherwise up to no good. Legend has it that she can also be occasionally spotted typing up short bios in the third person, but those rumors are unsubstantiated.
When it comes to things like arcades in Indiana, a lot of folks would likely be surprised: we have a handful of them peppered around the state, and they’re all cool in their own ways. However, an Indiana staple known as 16-Bit Bar+Arcade is a step above most, with an undeniably retro feel that will make you feel like you’ve gone back to a simpler time in life when video games were all that occupied our afternoons.
The hours at the Indy location are Tuesdays through Fridays, from 4 p.m. to midnight. Saturday and Sunday, it’s open from noon to midnight, and they’re closed on Mondays. Hey, even the most passionate gamer needs a rest sometimes!
Wondering where some of these other arcades in Indiana we speak of are? This article is about another Indy arcade with more than 100 vintage games!
