Do you love spending the day searching for hidden treasures at flea markets and antiques? Indiana has a lot of incredible antique stores that can easily help you burn a few hours and find some amazing, unique items. If you love hunting for treasures, you’ll love this weekend trip that explores the best antique stores in the state.
This fantastic antique road trip is centered around the quaint town of Shipshewana, a charismatic town known for its large outdoor flea market and Amish stores and restaurants.
Our first adventure begins at Fisher's Antiques, located at 155 N Morton St, Shipshewana, Indiana.

This quaint antique shop offers incredible finds, like vintage tools and decor, amazing retro and handmade furniture, old magazines and books, and so much more. You'll spend hours looking through their incredible treasures.

After a long afternoon of treasure hunting, enjoy a nice home cooked meal at the incredible Blue Gate Restaurant. Comfort foods like meatloof, chicken and noodles, roast beef, and homemade sides await you here. You'll also want to enjoy one of their fantastic homemade pies. You'll find it at 195 N Van Buren St, Shipshewana, IN 46565.
You'll be staying just down the street at the gorgeous Blue Gate Garden Inn where you'll wake up to an amazing breakfast buffet.
After a nice breakfast, we'll head over a town to Middlebury, where you'll find the incredible Market Place of Middlebury at 511 S Main St, Middlebury, IN 46540.
