In fact, it's a literal goal of Two Sticks to sell out each and every day. They recommend you get there early, right after opening, if you want to have a sure shot at the best selection. Everything sells incredibly fast and, once it's gone, it's gone - at least for the day.

Two Sticks uses locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and you should definitely check it out more than once. Depending on when you visit, certain things will be in season, and that means there’s a constantly changing menu filled to the brim with delectable sweet and savory baked treats.

Two Sticks Bakery is closed on Sundays and Mondays; however, they’re open from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. (bright and early!) to 2 p.m., or before that, if they run out (and they do, often).
