The French Lick Springs Hotel is believed to be haunted by Thomas Taggart, the former owner of the hotel. His ghost is believed to linger around the service elevator where you can small tobacco. He is said to operate and use the elevator any time the hotel is busy. Some also claim to have seen him riding a horse down the halls and in the ballroom. There are some stories that claim there's also the ghost of a bellhop haunting the hotel as well.

Back in 1848, the Central State Hospital was the Indiana Hospital for the Insane. The area is believed to be haunted by patients who were abused during their stay at this hospital. Shadows, apparitions, women’s screams, footsteps, unexplained noises, and moans are just a few of the creepy experiences waiting for anyone who decides to go exploring.

Tippecanoe Place is the name of a restaurant inside of the Studebaker mansion. Employees of the restaurant claim to see things moving out of the corner of their eyes and to witness objects moving by themselves all the time.
