Have you ever seen a place in Indiana that looked too incredible to be real? We have a lot of beautiful places in our state that looked as if they walked right out of a fairy tale. I don’t know about you, but I think there are some pretty fascinating spots in Indiana. Here are a few of my favorites. Let me know what you think in the comments.
1. The sunrise at Lake Michigan looks like it is straight out of a fairy tale movie, right?
2. This picture of the Spring Mill State Park wetlands almost looks like it is right out of a nursery rhyme. When I see it I think about the story of the troll that wouldn’t let anyone cross his bridge.
3. I’ve always thought the Merry Lea Environmental Center of Goshen College was gorgeous. But, I feel like magical fairies are going to fly out of the trees in the background in this picture.
4. I know what you are thinking…. Another picture of the Merry Lea Environmental Center of Goshen College?! You can’t tell me this picture doesn’t look like it could be in a fairy tale! It’s breathtaking.
5. Is it just me or does it look like this is a picture taken out of a movie with aliens? This picture was taken in Jackson County in case you were wondering where those aliens were!
6. I’ve shared this picture taken in Jackson County before. It is one of my favorites and I don’t think it gets much more fairy tale than this picture. What do you think?
11. The Chicago skyline obstructed by the high waves of Lake Michigan. Moments after sunset, the sky took on an odd orange color, while the waters remained aqua green. Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.
Do you have a favorite fascinating spot in Indiana? Maybe you can think of some other places that should have been featured in this list? I would love to know your thoughts. So, don’t be shy with leaving me some comments! Thanks for reading!
