The hum heard by many in Kokomo was allegedy dismissed as noises coming from industrial fans in nearby factories in 2002, but despite noise cancelling practices, this hum is still heard around the city. Many believe the hum is actually coming from underground, which would be pretty incredible if proved true.

There is, supposedly, an underground base buried beneath Kokomo, which many think is the true source of this weird humming noise. Many believe the noises are stemming from machinery operating beneath the surface, causing residents to wonder what exactly is going on under their homes.
