Today, we’re taking a closer look at a little park in Marion, Indiana, that’s much-loved among the locals in town but definitely deserves more love from the rest of the Hoosier State. Gardens of Matter is a small (just about six and a half acre) slice of a stunningly beautiful, nearly 110-acre park (aptly named "Matter Park") filled to the brim with brilliant color and vibrant life.
From the moment you set foot on the grounds, you'll feel a familiar sense of peace wash over your spirit. It feels familiar because there's just something about the Gardens of Matter that feels like home.
There's plenty to see. Browse the beautifully curated butterfly garden and admire the countless hours of love and work put into making this place as magical as it is.
