It’s finally that time of year! Get ready for fireworks displays to go off this Fourth of July in a town or city near you. While Indiana is home to a wealth of shows big and small, these eight are the best of the best.
If you like bright lights and that “boom” feeling in your chest, you’ll definitely want to hit up at least one of these festive events. Check ’em out:

One of the longest-running fireworks displays in the nation, this celebration has been going on since 1830. The festival includes a carnival, a parade, food vendors, pageants, and a variety of live entertainment.
