Tori Jane is a storm chaser, writer, photographer, and the village idiot - in that order. When she's not out and about dancing with the meanest storms on planet Earth for funsies she can be found wandering, shooting landscapes, writing, editing photos, and otherwise up to no good. Legend has it that she can also be occasionally spotted typing up short bios in the third person, but those rumors are unsubstantiated.

While in Indy, and when we're finished at the museum (which usually take a couple hours), we'll head to the Indianapolis Zoo.

Watch the kids' faces light up with delight at the sight of amazing critters like lions, tigers, and bears (...we're not gonna say it). Explore their interests with hands-on presentations, enclosures, and so much more. You can even arrange for the family to meet some friendly dolphins!

Finally, we'll head down to Bloomington for the Wonderlab Science Museum, which should fill up the rest of your day (or the entire next one).

You can make this adventure last as long as you'd like; we recommend multiple days and at least two nights, but it's doable in two days - you just need to keep an eye on your watch.
We're not sure there's a more sure-fire meal for a kid. Come on, pizza AND ice cream? This is almost too good to be true. Visit the official website for a full menu, hours, and more.
The next morning, get up bright and early and expect to spend at least half the day in a little town literally called Santa Claus.
