It’s contemporary and always up to date on the latest culinary trends and passions, and once you’ve tried literally anything from the menu once, you’re sure to crave it time and time again for years to come. Established in 2012 and going strong ever since, Bluebeard is a modern restaurant in Indiana that will give you the feeling you’re in a much bigger city than little ol’ Indy; it delivers a sense of homestyle belonging, though, too, and the entire experience is well worth the drive from wherever you might be. In a kitchen led by executive chef Abbi Merriss, who's been with the joint since it first opened, new chefs get the chance to spread their wings and indulge in their artistic side with the creation of every culinary masterpiece.
