Nestled in Taswell, Indiana is a little slice of paradise that, for some reason, often seems to be overlooked in favor of other nearby attractions. All this means, however, is that despite the relative popularity of the place among locals you’ll still be able to get some quiet time, should you time your hike right. It's vast, coming in at more than 200,000 amazing acres, but right now we're going to take a closer look at a 441-acre portion of it known as Yellow Birch Ravine.
The landscape here is nothing like one might expect from somewhere in Indiana, of all places.
It's lush, emerald green, and covered floor to treetops with moss, marshy areas, stunning woods, and, of course, numerous little waterfalls along the way.
