Taking place the weekends of November 29-30 and December 6-7, 2019, Nights Before Christmas Candlelight Tour of Homes in southern Indiana is an old-fashioned annual tradition that this historic Hoosier town looks forward to each year.
Kick start your holiday season roaming the wonderfully decorated halls, livings rooms, kitchens, and dining rooms of some of the most well-known and historic homes in town on this Christmas house tour.
On Fridays, the event lasts from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturdays, the event is from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 the day of the event.
This Christmas house tour is self-guided and may be enjoyed in any order you like. There are four public historic sites, five private homes, and a church listed on the National Register of Historic Places that will be open for those with tickets.
Other festivities taking place alongside this event include carriage and trolley rides as well as decorations up and down Main Street. There will also be holiday treats available at area shops, wineries, and restaurants.
