If you have $10,000 in cash, you do have the opportunity to purchase a home in Indiana. It may not be the best home in the world and it’s likely a foreclosure home, but it is still a home. If you are willing to put a little work into it – there is no reason why it couldn’t turn into a great home. I did some digging and I found a handful of homes you could purchase right now if you have $10,000 on you.
1. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in Evansville located at 2809 C St. It can be purchased right now for $9,900.

4. This is a huge home with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in North Vernon at 2324 Buckingham Drive. The house will need some love and care as a tree has fallen on it recently. If you have $9,900 on you, this is a cash only home that is more than 2,000 square feet of space!

6. You can find this home sitting at 2705 N Dearborn St in Indianapolis. It's another huge home with five bedrooms and 1 bathroom sitting on 1,750 square feet of space. The listing claims the house is very solid and structurally sound. It just needs some work on the inside to make it “pretty” again.
7. This is a 2 bedroom home in Anderson at 415 W 4th St that is huge with nearly 1,900 of square feet in space. The home does come with a detached single car garage, but it will need some work before it is ready to live in.
8. If you are looking to buy and flip a house for some money the house at 3503 E Morris St is the one from you. It's in a great school zone and it's adorable on the outside. It features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Making it a fairly small home ideal for someone living alone.
9. This home at 1737 Central Ave in Anderson only has 3 bedrooms, but it's huge as it sits on a little more than 2,500 square feet of space. The home is sold in “as is” condition.
