That's right, peanut butter! The PB&J burger
features a fire-grilled burger smothered with peanut butter and topped with pepper jack cheese, smoked bacon, jalapenos, and maple syrup.
You're also going to want to check out the Boss Hogg, which comes topped with mild cheddar cheese, their incredible pulled pork, a choice of signature
BTB BBQ sauces, smoked bacon, and a deep-fried onion ring, all packed between a brioche bun.
They even have a monthly burger of the moment. In December it was the Chili Idol, topped with cheddar jack cheese, their popular Spitfire chili, onion, jalapenos, Flamin' Hot Fritos and finished with a Spitfire BBQ drizzle. Is this heaven?
The Brickyard Burger includes a deep-fried flame-grilled burger, topped with cheddar cheese, deep-fried Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds, smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. Then it's topped with their popular
Spitfire Ranch sauce. And to make it even more nuts, it's served on a pretzel bun.
