The flavor options are both traditional and a little wacky; get yourself a gigantic chocolate ice cream cone, or maybe get a little crazy with it and get a giant vanilla cone rolled in Fruity Pebbles, a twisty flavor cone combining two ideas you'd have never thought to put together, or literally anything else (everything - EVERYTHING - is amazing).
Of course, if you're the kind of person who prefers to eat dessert when it's time (not us), there are plenty of delicious, classic American food options to devour first, like the best chili dog you'll ever eat.

Cabell's is something of a local phenomenon; year after year, when the place opens for the season, the same folks tend to be waiting outside to order their traditional "beginning of the season" delights.
