Capt'n Pete's Dairy Dock on the north side of town is a seasonal ice cream parlor that is seriously walking distance from Hamilton Lake and the beach. Locals and beach bums can't resist a trip here for a cold dairy treat on the hottest days.
It shouldn't take you more than five or 10 minutes to get here from the beach. If you decide to drive, it will take you a minute or less.

Both interior and exterior seating is available. Most choose to sit outside if only to keep their sandy feet and swimsuits where they belong, but those who wish to enjoy some AC will want to sit inside.
