The owner is known for creating the perfect Eggs Benedict with a crispy, golden brown hash browns. Then a side of biscuits and gravy, served with epic coffee.

Described as a hip stylish coffee shop doesn't do this unique breakfast/brunch restaurant any justice. they offer some of the best food I have ever tasted with unique pairings. Keep up the amazing work, guys!
Look at this sexy piece of bacon. Who can resist sorghum glazed bacon? Not me!

The first photo is called the French Happy, but it should be called makes everyone happy. Cosmo's rendition of biscuits and gravy on top of hash browns is perfect.
4. Cafe Navarre - 101 N Michigan St, South Bend, IN
Navarre claims to bring its customers modern American cuisine with French, Spanish and Italian influences. They do just that and do it well.
How about that burrito omelette?
5. Wildberry Pancakes and Cafe - 130 E Randolph St,
Chicago, IL
I have had a lot of northside hoosiers ask for Chicago information; I delivered as promised. Try this amazing Veggie Skillet!

Established in 2003, this reclaimed coffee shop has tons to offer: coffee bar, smiles, wifi and great food. Lastly, let's close this article with coffee since most of us can't get enough of it. This drink is labeled "scared hippie." I wonder what it really has in it....
