In business since the summer of 2017, Rest Up Camping & RV Corral in southern Illinois offers a unique adventure that is perfect for the entire family. The site encompasses more than 50 acres and is situated near the Wabash River and our border with Indiana.
This western-themed campground has RV and tent sites as well as cabins to rent. Sunday through Thursday RV site rates are $39 per night while the cost is $45 for Friday and Saturday nights. All sites have full hook-ups as well as picnic tables and fire pits.
The cabins are $90 per night or $125 per night for a tiny house, which is ideal for longer stays. You'll have to bring all your own bedding, towels, and toiletries.

Amenities include a kitchenette, A/C, heat, WiFi, and a coffee maker. The house even has a stove and oven as well as a dishwasher, and each unit has space for four occupants.

There are also a plethora of outdoor recreational activities to enjoy. The Lil' Pokes playground fuels imagination with artificial teepees and Old West settlements that feature slides, ladders, and things to swing from.
Frontier Adventure Golf is another fun outdoor activity for you and your family to enjoy at this unique campground. It is a 27-hole mini golf course complete with water fountains, an old mill, and other cute features.
Other activities found on-site include bocce ball and horse shoe pits.
While part of the joy of camping is making the food yourself, this western-themed campground is known for its incredible restaurant. The Westwood Saloon is open daily between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. for dine-in or carry-out.
Delicious homemade menu items include appetizers like wings, mac and cheese bites, tiny pork ribs, and stuffed mushrooms. You'll also find burgers, sandwiches, quesadillas, pork chops, steaks, kids' meals, and desserts like cheesecake, chocolate cake, cookies, and root beer floats.
