In fact, here, you can climb a staircase to an amazing overlook known as Eagles Nest. It’s one destination you’ll want to visit for yourself.

Fox Ridge State Park is found in east-central Illinois, just south of Charleston. This park covers more than 2,000 acres. It may not be one of the larger state parks in Illinois, but it sure has plenty to offer.
