Wandering Tree Estate in northeast Illinois is a beautiful special occasion venue that is ideal for weddings, holiday parties, reunions, receptions, corporate retreats, and other events.
The grounds span 10 acres and include a four-acre lake as well as beautifully landscaped gardens. It is a picture-perfect setting that is ideal for treating your guests.
This private event venue features both an indoor and outdoor train display. Guests can't help but stop by to see these two huge, impressive model train layouts.
The outdoor layout is 10,000 square feet and is known as The Gloree and Triumphant Garden Railway. It features bridges, waterfalls, and other landscaping as well as G-scale trains.
The indoor display is known as the Harvey Silets Memorial Chicago Model Railroad Museum, and it features O-scale model trains that run on a track that replicates the Windy City.
