Weather conditions change so often in Illinois that it can be hard to keep up. We always know to wear layers no matter what the weather person says in case the day ends up warmer or colder than anticipated.

This goes for homes too. Again with the weather, sometimes it can be freezing cold here, while in other months, temperatures soar and humidity rises. There's no way to stay comfortable without controlled air.
